Favourite quote:
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover - Mark Twain. My own saying is that good food comes with quality and seasonal products, not particularly with a fancy masterpiece.

Who inspires you?
My grandmother. She is a really good cook. She learns to do it with nothing and she is the toughest and strongest woman I’ve known.

What was the best advice you were ever given?
Be proud of yourself and you will do big things.

If you could wake up tomorrow in the body of someone else, who would you pick and what would you do?
Julia Child. An American who learnt French cuisine from nothing. I would like to learn as much as I can like here in the best french school Cordon Bleu, write many cook books. Never stop learning and experimenting.

If you were an animal, what would you be?
Good idea. I know! Ratatouille the rat in Pixar. I know it doesn’t sound nice to be a rat but this particular one is a magician.

What makes you happy/angry?
I’m happy to cook for the others and see them enjoying the moment. It’s my goal. I am angry for too many little reason. The best one is people with bad driving behaviour ahahah.

What do you want to be remembered or known for?
Having great dinner and always try to make a good dinner in any circumstances so people come home happy.

What item do you always take with you when sailing?
I am not a sailor but I always bring a knife with me.

Tell us something about yourself that we didn’t know
I’m really shy. I find cooking helps wink
