What makes you passionate about the Volvo Ocean Race?
This event is more than a race, it showcases how people can go beyond their limit when they are chasing their dream. Also, I love to know about all the stories behind each sailor and colleague, they are really inspiring and motivating.
How do you keep going when you are at your limit and stay motivated?
Sport and exercise is the most effective way for me to reduce stress and keep myself motivated. Running, playing badminton or rock climbing.
