What makes you happy/angry? My granddaughter makes me happy. Angry? Unprofessionalism.
What item do you always take with you when travelling/sailing? Teddy bear for good luck.
What makes you passionate about the Volvo Ocean Race? It’s ruthless and honest - it’s unusual for the best crew not to win.
What do you love most about the sport? Turning the engine off, unfurling the jib and feeling the boat accelerate as you sheet it in.
How do you keep going when you are at your limit or to stay motivated? I remember how lucky I am to be able-bodied in the first place.
